We want you to be completely satisfied with Replier AI. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a fair refund policy as outlined below.

2. Free Plan

We offer a free plan with 50 replies per month, 3 basic AI characters, and a personal FAQ list where you can save frequently asked questions. We encourage all users to try the free plan before subscribing to a paid plan to ensure the Service meets your needs.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if:

  • You have used less than 50 replies from your paid plan
  • You have not previously requested a refund
  • You have a valid technical issue that we cannot resolve

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since your purchase
  • You have used more than 50 replies from your paid plan
  • You have violated our Terms of Service
  • You are requesting a refund for a renewal subscription (these must be cancelled before renewal)

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew
  • You will revert to the free plan after the billing period ends

  • Reason for refund request

7. Refund Processing
